HS codes and duty rates for 42 furniture SKUs into Germany

Brief

We import a mixed catalogue from Ukraine into Germany. We need the correct 6 to 10 digit HS code for each SKU, with the legal reasoning (GRI rule applied) and any licence or certificate flags.

Deliverable

Excel sheet: SKU, description, HS code (destination tariff), GRI rule, duty rate, VAT rate, flags. One paragraph per ambiguous SKU.

Acceptance criteria

• Every SKU has a 10 digit destination code
• Ambiguous items explained with a source link
• Delivered in our Excel template

Success metric

Codes accepted by our broker without changes on the first entry
