Audit 366 CMR and POD scans for missing stamps

Brief

We have 366 CMR / POD scans (PDF and photos). Check each set for signatures, stamps, dates and remarks, and flag anything that blocks invoicing.

Deliverable

CSV with one row per set: status ok / issue, issue type, page.

Acceptance criteria

• 100% of sets checked
• Error rate under 1% on a sample check

Success metric

Invoices released without POD queries

Result

All sets checked; 4% flagged for missing stamps, invoicing released for the rest.
